The rice husk steam boiler is a single-tube water tube and fire tube boiler, and the combustion equipment is a chain grate. The water wall pipes on the left and right sides of the furnace are radiant heating zones. The two wings of the furnace and the spiral fire tube in the rotating drum are convection heating zones. The rice husk hot water boiler adopts the upper drum, and the water wall tube is symmetrically arranged with the machine head.
The rice husk steam boiler is a single-tube water-tube fire-tube boiler, and the combustion equipment is a chain grate. The water-cooled wall tubes on the left and right sides of the furnace are radiation heating areas. The two wings of the furnace and the spiral fire tubes in the drum are convection heating areas. The rice husk hot water boiler adopts an upper drum, and the water wall tubes and the machine head are symmetrically arranged. The drum is assembled by welding the cylinder body and the front and rear tube sheets. The furnace structure layout is reasonable and high efficiency.
The rice husk boiler adopts scientific and technological achievements such as arched tube sheets and spiral fire tubes, which solve the problems of tube sheet cracks, water-cooled wall tube bursts, low efficiency, insufficient output, and poor adaptability to different biomass fuels.
In addition to rice husks, rice husk boilers can also burn other biomass fuels, such as wood chips, bagasse, straw, coconut shells, cotton seeds, corn cobs, peanut shells, waste cloth, etc., to avoid coking and improve combustion efficiency. Double secondary air design improves the use conditions of biomass fuel.
Rice Husk Boiler Features
1. The small-scale chain grate boiler could resist temperatures as high as 1200℃, a long working life.
2. The chain grate has a low biomass fuel leakage because of the small gap.
3. Mechanized feed, high automatic degree, decrease labor cost.
4. Convenient for maintenance, it could be done without the boiler shut down.
5. Based on customers’ requirements and fuel characteristics, the grate could be designed as a reciprocal grate.
