This 100ton/day rice mill production line is for one of our customers set in his factory, from he confirmed the order to we install the whole production line for his use in about 45 days. Now everything works well and we test the machine's high-efficiency work for him. 

Our 100T/D Rice Mill Plant is a large-capacity complete rice mill. It contains a full set of rice processing machines like the paddy rice cleaner machine, rice destoner machine, rice huller machine, paddy rice separator machine, rice mill machine, rice polisher machine, rice color sorter machine, rice packing machine, and rice elevators. With full build install frame to make the whole set rice mill machine from clean step to final packing. Automatic control box to control different section working, convenient and can keep machine high working efficiency.

All rice mill machines' production details were made according to customers' needs, and even the production size was made according to his warehouse site. Customers take the production line as a small rice station, he buys paddy rice from farmers and then deals with them into white rice to sell to shops or supermarkets, or rice processing factories. The rice mill production line can take 24 hours to continue work, with high automatic and high working efficiency, operators just operate the control panel can operate all details works. 

Not for this 100ton/day rice mill plant, all our rice mill production line, we set with the operating panel to make the machine full automatic work, very convenient, save much labor and time. We also make the dust collection device for customers, to collect the working dust

The 100T/D complete rice mill project can process paddy into national standard rice just in one process at the following flow chart: Raw material feeding-Vibrated cleaner & Destoner → Rice Husker→Paddy Rice Separator → Rice Mill →Rice Polisher → Rice Grader→ Rice Color Sorter → Packing, Then the rice can be on market for sale.
